This is a 2015 Silver American Eagle that has been graded by PCGS as MS70 First Strike. Label has been hand signed by John M. Mercanti, 12th Chief Engraver of the US Mint. There are some light scratches/spots on the outside of the plastic case. Flaws are on the plastic and not on the coin itself.
