Description

This modest buildout has an emphasis on storage efficiency and is ready for four-season off-grid living. Zero mechanical issues, clean history, well taken care of and has a transferable MOPAR extended warranty. Van has two keys, an aftermarket backup cam, Pioneer bluetooth radio and a rear door ladder.
Originally built-out in 2019, this van was made for full-time living; intentionally designed to fit every piece of gear you have; you can store up to 155cm long snowboards under the bed, it has 2 Ikea dressers with room for hanging clothes in between and overhead cabinets throughout the buildout. Additional storage can be found under the couch; it is large enough to fit a medium sized cooler, amongst other things. The van also has secret storage compartments under the mattress for any valuables.
This van is as comfortable as it is functional; the entire buildout is well insulated with 2-3” thick XPS foam board insulation throughout; making intense high and low temperatures much more tolerable. Complete with all the cozy features including a full size mattress plus a memory foam topper, a boulder pad couch, repurposed climbing rope cabinet handles, custom blackout curtains, dimmable string lights, under-cabinet lighting, and a MAXAIR fan located directly above the bed for a nice breeze while sleeping.
The van also has two extra counter space features. The first is the “dining room” table that extends out from the bed frame to the edge of the boulder pad couch. The other is attached to the kitchen counter; when you open that up and swivel the passenger seat around it becomes the perfect setup for a simple workspace. The desk combined with the ability to easily charge all your devices makes this van an awesome option for folks who would like to work while traveling.
Our van comes with two portable 25-watt solar panels with complete setup (10A charge controller, 100AH AGM battery, etc), and the van is also capable of charging the AGM battery without solar hookup via the Battery Doctor Isolator; which is installed on the alternator. Also included in the electrical setup is a Duracell surge protector featuring two 3-prong outlets and 2 USB ports.
The auxiliary battery also powers a water pump for the kitchen sink; it is a SEAFLO Professional Grade Pump that pulls out of the 7-gallon potable water tank and the sink drains into a 7-gallon gray water tank. The kitchen cabinet features two shelves and tons of storage for your portable stove, food, pots, pans, etc.
Other things that are included with this van are cloth seat covers, a large bug net that can cover the entire sliding door opening, a cargo net for the trunk and durable snow tire chains. This van also comes with a Nemo 5-gallon pressure portable outdoor shower and a Reliance Fold-To-Go portable toilet.
This van has been well maintained; we have records of on-time oil changes, tire rotations, engine services, etc. The van has a brand new rear suspension and a brand new windshield.
