RETURNS
A picture of the serial number will be sent via eBay messages, if the product has a serial number.  Along with that eBay message will be a reminder to check the serial number when your product arrives to make sure that the box matches the actual product you received.
If the serial number does not match or the item is DOA (dead on arrival), you need to contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item.  This way we can prevent online return fraud. If you try to return an item that does not match the serial number on the box, and you did not contact us about that issue, the return will be denied.
Free Returns will be accepted within 30 days after receiving your item if it is still in original new condition or if it is not working properly.    If the item is returned because the buyer does not like item and is not in new condition, buyer will have a restocking fee matching the cost of the return label. Items should be returned with all packaging that you received from us. Item’s that are used with damage or missing pieces or paperwork will have a much higher restocking fee.
SHIPPING
Most items ship USPS Priority Mail within 1 day or same day. Large items are shipped Fed Ex Ground Monday through Friday but are US continental 48 states only. Lightweight items (under 1 pound) will ship USPS First Class, which is within 3 business days. Sorry no international shipping, orders will be canceled immediately.
PAYMENTS
Payments will be accepted through PayPal only within 24 hours, orders that payments are not made within that time frame will be canceled.
