Each CV Axle is engraved with a unique serial number. This number is used for warranty purposes. The original serial number must match any products returned for warranty.
Shipping
Shipping is free to the lower 48 states.
Please contact us for a shipping quote to AK, HI, Puerto Rico, Guam, or any international shipping.
Orders are shipped through
FedEx Smart Post
or FedEx ground.
Customer must report any damage occurred in shipping to the shipping company and us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please make sure to keep original shipping box intact, with no writing on the outside other than shipping labels for returns.
Returns
Any returns (including warranty) must be authorized.
Customer is responsible for any return shipping.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
ANY unauthorized return will be charged a mandatory restocking fee.
If you return your item, and request a refund, you MUST be a PayPal member for us to be able to issue the refund.
Warranty Policy
15 Month Replacement Warranty
Warranty covers any problem due to manufacture defect.
Warranty excludes torn boots, or any modifications that may affect the part (ex. lift kits)
Customer is responsible for any return shipping.
Customer must fill out warranty and
return registration card within 30 days of purchase
to validate warranty.
Warranty is only valid for original purchaser.
Please take the time to read over our complete warranty policy, it is the customer's responsibility to know the policies.
