This family photo album contains forty-two photographs/postcards dating from the 1900s to the 1930s. There is also manuscript in German throughout the album. I am not sure where this family was located because there are photograph and postcard scenes from the Alps in Switzerland and Germany. The last item in the album is a photo postcard of Seattle at Night which implies the family left Europe in the 1930s. The album comes from an estate in the Washington, D.C., metro area.
Condition:
The cover has some discoloration/soiling with the remains of a dried floral decoration on the cover. Otherwise the interior is relatively clean and the binding is solid.
