n opened item, it is in an excellent
condition except for some minor cosmetic flaw (crack on one
corner
of the wood frame) as shown in the photo. A
lso there are some minor chip and scratches on the legs but they have been repainted by matching paint. Other than that, it works and looks just as well as a brand new item.
