    Like all good things in life and the Greek coffee has its secrets, secrets known only to aficionados. Let's take a look at the secrets of Greek coffee with the help of the experience 91 years in coffee LOUMIDIS PAPAGALOS.
    One by one the steps for a delicious Greek!
    1. Take a clean dry coffee pot with a dry throat. Fill the pot with so many cups of water (preferably lukewarm) and as many coffees we want to make.
    2. The special spoon put a spoonful Loumidis for every cup of sugar and of that desire.
    3. Then place the pot in the center of moderate fire that heated the whole pot and stir slowly until dissolved coffee and sugar (attention after this point must not mix over coffee).
    4. As soon as the coffee starts to inflate, remove it from the heat and beat the brig 2-3 times lightly on the bench. Then bloated coffee settles for a while.
    5. Immediately Return the pot on the fire and when the coffee starts to inflate again, remove it from the fire, wait a few seconds and serve slowly to the classic cup of Greek coffee.
