The Coca Cola Company was among Haddon Sundblom’s earliest clients.
He made his first sketch for Coca Cola in 1924.
From 1931 on Haddon Sundblom created at least one painting of Santa Claus annually through 1964.
The Coca Cola Santa provided an image that fit perfectly with Coca Cola, a sense of recognition that glowed with warmth again this holiday season with the 1953 edition entitled “The Pause That Refreshes”.
There are two decks of cards in an old fashion tin with a hinged lid.
One of the decks features Santa being served a bottle of Coca Cola on a tray by two young children.
The second deck features Santa holding a bottle of Coca Cola watching two young children in the refrigerator getting a Coca Cola.
Released in 1999.
Mint condition in original packaging still wrapped in cellophane.

The tin has a slightly raised and textured pattern on the lid.
