Marshall Field's Christmas Tree Ornament From Walnut Room 1986 British Promotion. Condition is "Used". In September of 1986 Prince Charles visited Chicago, IL to play in an impromptu Polo Match. Marshall Field’s‘ Department Store hosted a gala evening event in their Walnut Room Restaurant. The Great Tree in the center of the room was decorated in Victorian themed ornaments. The store also marketed the event as a British Promotion. I bought these ornaments from the warehouse when Marshall Fields sold their store to Dayton Hudsons around 1990’s and eventually it was sold to Macy’s.
Will combine shipping upon request thru listing procedure.
