Nikon S9100 Coolpix - For Parts w Power Supply

Nice, used, Nikon S9100 camera with cord and power supply.
Good cosmetic condition as shown in photos.
Seems to work as it should with one significant issue.
Zoom mech seems a little rough and once in a while it will not respond.
When this happens camera does not respond to any buttons -removing the battery will shut it down and then things are fine?
Due to this issue, selling for parts/repair.
No refunds / returns.
