The bag itself comes with; a chopping board, 2 forks, 2 knives, a bottle opener and a corkscrew and other various accessories. The picnic bag folds flat when empty, and can also be used for additional storage.
Orders weighing over 1.5kg for Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, and Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey) will be subject to an additional delivery charge. 30 Day - Returns Policy
We offer a 30 day no quibble Returns Policy on all items, however returns for items such as; Makeup, Audio, Video recordings and Computer software are not permitted - unless they are sealed and unopened for hygiene and security reasons
For all other returns we will replace or refund the cost of the product (excluding P&P) to you upon receipt of the items
If your parcel is returned to us by our couriers, we will notify you and issue you with a full refund
Please note that we unable to process any claims after 30 working days. Therefore you must notify us within 30 working days for any items that have not been received
All returned items must be sent back in the same condition as they were received, i.e. in their original, unopened packaging and in a saleable condition. The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs unless the item received has been incorrectly sent, described or damaged in which case a FULL refund will be given including postage and packaging costs
We recommend you use a recorded delivery method as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us or get lost in the post. Once your item is returned to us we will process your refund or exchange immediately

What do I do if my item is received damaged?
Any damages must be reported within 24-hours of receiving the item. Full reimbursement will be made if the item is damaged during transit. Please contact us directly to arrange a refund or replacement. Evidence of damage will be required in order for us to proceed with your claim; however you may not need to return the item.
What if I have received the wrong order?
Please contact us within 24-hours if you have received the wrong item. Full reimbursement will be made if the item is incorrectly sent or not as described. We will either arrange a replacement item or refund to be sent.
What happens if I purchase an item which is out of stock?
We work very hard to ensure that this does not happen, however on very rare occasions errors are possible. If this does happen then we will inform you as soon as possible and issue you a full refund and a further incentive to buy from us again.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most parts of the World. We recommend that you purchase Royal Mail International Signed For delivery if you require a tracking number. Items sent via Standard Air Mail cannot be tracked unfortunately. Buyers are responsible for any charges imposed by Customs in their country. All parcels will be correctly marked for Customs.
How do I return an item?
Please refer to the Returns Policy section and follow the instructions in order to return an item. Items returned without prior contact will not be processed.
Can you send my item to another address?
If you would like you item sent to an alternative address you will need to add the additional address to your Ebay account before making the purchase. Once the order has been placed we cannot manually change the address unfortunately.

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal however we do also accept Bank Transfers from UK customers only. For International orders we only accept PayPal. Please refer to the Payments section for more information.

My item arrived too late, can I return it?
We are sorry if your item did not reach you on time. Please note, after we have dispatched your item the actual delivery of the items is not in our control. The delivery of the items is down to Royal Mail so we cannot guarantee the date of the delivery unless you pay for a Next Day delivery. If you no longer require the item please contact us so that we can arrange a return for a full refund. Please be advised the buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.
Can I collect my item?
We only allow for collections if the customer has called in advance regarding the collection. Drop-in collections are not permitted. Only when the full price of the product and postage have been paid, will you be able to ask for a collection – this applies for Auctions too (the postage costs will need to be paid).

If we are selling an item which states 'colours may vary' or 'Assorted colours' (or anything similar) we cannot specify which colour you will receive. Please read the item description carefully or contact us if you require clarification.
