Information about the Singer 20-2 Electric is also covered.  The only adequate Singer Class 20 operating and adjustment instructions are out-of-print originals that came with the 1950 machines. They are hard-to-find and do not provide the one-source, comprehensive information found in this User's Guide.
THE AUTHOR:
The author, Jerry C. Fogltance, is experienced in writing educational curriculum. His writing style is concise, accurate and informative. In writing the material, he gleaned pertinent information from several original Singer booklets and created illustrative graphics. The author has also sold and restored Singer miniature sewing machines for a number of years and includes in the guide a section on how to restore this antique. The guide is a valuable resource for anyone who owns a vintage Singer Sewhandy or Singer miniature sewing machine and needs a good resource on the operation, adjustment, and repair of their machine.
