    Description

    Condition is perfect on this trio of ceramic coffee mugs that were given out to officials and customers during the opening of a Kmart store in Singapore in the early 1990's.  The mugs stand about 3.75 inches tall with no marking on the bottom.  The Kmart logo is on one side of each mug and the other side has a symbol for longevity, happiness, or prosperity.

    r having operated Kmart stores in Canada, Australia and New Zealand for many years the company made the decision in the early 1990's to expand to more countries.  A joint venture was formed to open stores in Singapore.  By the end of the 90's all international operations were either divested or closed.
