    This is a vintage Sears employee shirt ribbon, "Welcome  To The 'All New' SEARS - San Jose - Most Complete Dept. Store," brown/gold, measures 1 1/2" x 6", blank reverse, and is undated.
    NOTE: The scan is terrible - the image is clear & readable.
    Condition:
    There is a green stain on both sides of the right edge (where it reads "To The All New"). See my listings for more unusual and interesting items.
