    Description

    This is a Sept. 1940 issue of "A New Juvenile Magazine" published by The Rike-Kumler Co. better known as Rikes in Dayton, Ohio. It is a back to school edition featuring kids on the front giving the Pledge of Allegiance and a blank page on the back to list needed school supplies. There are articles, puzzles and a 4 page advertising insert in the middle touting new clothes and shoes at Rikes downtown store. Beautiful mint condition and a nice souvenir of a much loved store.
